Purchase Steps:
- Scan the QR code on the PadX box with your phone to enter this purchase page.
- Complete the payment as instructed. Please provide a correct email address to receive follow-up information.
- Once WomenX confirms the payment, you will receive an email containing: a 12-digit verification code, the laboratory address, and SF Express shipping instructions.
- On the consent form provided in the transparent packaging, fill in the 12-digit verification code sent to your email and your personal details.
- Follow the manual to collect your menstrual blood sample with PadX. Send it along with the completed consent form to the laboratory using the provided envelope and the SF Express waybill according to the email instructions. Please select "Freight Collect" (shipping paid by WomenX); you do not need to pay for shipping.
- Once the laboratory verifies the code, the test will be conducted. The report will be issued electronically within 3 working days after the sample arrives at the laboratory.
Important Notes:
- You must fill in the correct 12-digit verification code on the consent form. If the code is missing or incorrect, the sample will be kept in cold storage while WomenX contacts you for follow-up, which will delay the report issuance.
- Each verification code corresponds to only one box of PadX.
- The 3 working days do not include Sundays, public holidays, or days when a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is in effect.
